B is the low gear use for going downslope or some say it is like engine braking. Snow mode is also something like low gear.
For FC, the one thing u will get the reply in any other car forums is, control yr right leg. Ha!

Maybe you can state the age of your car, when was your last servicing, % traveling on highway or normal roads, Engine oil used etc. All these can affect your car's performance and mileage. Thanks & regards, Gerald.

Bro, Gear shift B is for going down slope with engine brake and Snow Mode not useful here, in Japan it prevent car skip on snow road but no snow here ;D For your FC 12km/l to 13km/l are you more on city, for me I'm also using 15" rim and tyre, I get 12.5km/l to 13.5km/l if more on city and if more on expressway I get 14 to 15km/l, it also depend on your foot and correct tyre pressure.

Generally, if u travel mostly on normal road, then FC will be lower. If more on expressway, then FC will be higher.

Leaving your engine idling for long time will decrease your FC by a lot.

i think your FC is within the normal range. i am sure some of us here can achieve better FC here but you will have to sacrifice your speed and acceleration.
