I always do 4 tyre alignment when replacing new ones ok next time i change tyres then maybe i will ask for 4 wheels alignment. this is my first time doing alignment so I also blur blur when the mechanic told me my car need to do only front 2 wheels alignment cos the back wheels are fixed. anyway, it always feel better with a new set of tyres, feel quieter and more grip.

Today just went to tyrequeen.com workshop at kaki bukit to change 185/65/R14 tyres. Brand is Westlake and cost just $232 including installation. Not exactly the freshest tyres cos year of production is 2nd half 2012. But i can't complain much at such low price. And they include free rotation and balancing and free patching for the tyres in the future if required. I also chose to do front 2 wheels alignment at $35. One question. Does our Sienta require all 4 wheels alignment? Only the 2 front wheel.

Today went tyrequeen to change 2 tyres cos one of the rear tyres puncture can't repair. Ask them to shift the front tyres to the rear and install the new ones in front. Brought back the one old working tyre in case puncture again in the future.
Tyrequeen service is really good. Highly recommended.

Hi bros, can check if you know the specs for our 14 inch rim (e.g. off-set, etc)? I am on 15 inch, thought maybe switch to 14 inch rims in future. Thanks!

Today changed again 4 new tyres. Ordered 2 days ago from Tyrepac online. Dunlop LM704 175/70R14 which is the stock spec for the old Sienta. 4 for $248, year of production is mid 2014. Went to Chip Soon at Tampines to change tyres. Google map details as follow: goo.gl/maps/RWHKpH11yupWaited almost 2 hours to get the job done as they were busy. There's a waiting room and also free drinks from the fridge at the reception. The mechanic also shine the tyres and did a test drive after the tyres replacement. Job well done at a reasonable price of $42.

Yesterday changed another 4 new tyres due to old tyres getting worn out and becoming very noisy too. Changed to Dunlop SP Sport J5 185/60R14 82H (Made in Malaysia 2016 Production). Bought them online at Tyrepac website for $188 after 10% discount code "grabtyre". got them changed at Ricardo (in Sin Ming) as they are running a promo of $5 per tyre change (total $21.40 with GST). The new tyres are quieter and supposedly can provide better braking on wet road.
At Ricardo, the staff was asking me to do alignment at $60 as he said alignment should be done with every tyre change. I kindly rejected him as I don't know what he said is true or not and I feel my car is still running quite straight. After the tyres change, my car is still running straight, so I guess alignment is not really needed after all. any input on this?

Just for everyone info, i got this recent quote from spark car care aka comfortdelgro for tyre size 175/70R14 and brand is Davanti, it will be $75 (w GST) each. Purchase 4 Davanti tyres and receive FREE tyre lifetime services (nitrogen top-up, rotation & balancing and puncture patching). Sounds like quite a good deal.

Just changed to Tourador tyres in January at AL Tyres. My 14 inch tyre is $55 per piece. Chat with them on Carousell for prices using the link below. Check out 'Brand new Tourandor china tyres', available at S$55 on #Carousell: carousell.app.link/eFGIhoU8ZIb
